What We Collect

When you use MockConsul, we collect the following information:

• arrow_rightAccount information: Email address and name (when you create an account)
• arrow_rightInterview recordings: Audio recordings and video frames captured during practice sessions
• arrow_rightInterview data: Text transcripts of your answers, evaluation scores, and AI-generated feedback
• arrow_rightProfile information: University, program, degree level, home country, and funding source (provided during interview setup)
• arrow_rightPayment information: Processed exclusively by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How Recordings Are Handled

Audio recordings and video frames are uploaded to our servers solely for AI evaluation. After your session results are saved, recordings are automatically deleted from our storage. Only text transcripts and evaluation scores are retained so you can review your results later. We do not keep raw audio or video files beyond the evaluation process.

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase, a secure cloud platform that provides encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+). Payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe — your financial data never touches our servers. Access to your data is protected by row-level security policies, ensuring only you can view your own sessions and results.

What We Don't Do

Cookies

We use authentication cookies only, managed by Supabase for session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics.
